ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Components:
– Aluminum 4-Hole 674 (3)
– Screws M6x20
– Silicone Seal (5)
OR
– Titanium 4-Hole 675 (3)
– Screws M6x20 Heavy Duty
– Silicone Seal (5)
Note: Use with L-680000 Fabrication Tooling Kit (reusable)
Note: When fabrication is complete, insert one of the following locking
components (include Fabrication Ring (4) needed in the fabrication
process)
• L-621000 ICELOCK ratchet 621
• L-631000 ICELOCK lanyard 631
• L-641000 ICELOCK valve 641
• L-651000 ICELOCK smooth 651
Lamination Instructions:
1. Flatten distal end of Plaster Cast (8) to center Steel Guide (6).
2. Attach with double-sided tape or two nails maintaining original pin
alignment.
3. Apply inner PVA bag and tie it around "neck" of Steel Guide (6).
4. Trim bag around string and place Silicone Seal (5) over "neck" of Steel
Guide (6), onto PVA bag.
5. Screw 4-Hole Adapter (3) onto Lock Dummy (4).
6. Choose appropriate length of Release Dummy (7) and screw it firmly
into Lock Dummy (4).
