7. Screw Pin Dummy Bolt (2) into shorter Pin Dummy (1) making sure
that hexagon hole on Pin Dummy Bolt stays visible.
8. Place the components onto Steel Guide (6) and secure them with Pin
Dummy and Bolt (1;2) (make sure that O-Ring on top of Lock Dummy
is in place).
Note: Be sure to tighten (1-2 Nm) so that resin cannot leak in
between components.
9. Apply release agent to components (A) to enable easy removal after
lamination (I-400300 Silicone Adhesive is recommended).
10. Apply clay into hexagon hole on Release Dummy (B) and through
hole on Pin Dummy (C).
11. Tie lay-up material into groove on 4-Hole Adapter (3) and over
components.
Warning: Tie at least two layers of fibers in groove and over the distal
part of adapter.
12. Apply outer PVA bag and pour resin.
13. When curing has finished, grind down to Release Dummy (7) and
remove.
14. Remove socket from plaster cast.
15. Remove Bolt (2) in Pin Dummy (1) from inside of socket.
16. Remove Steel Guide (6) and Silicone Seal (5).
17. Use Hex Driver (9) and socket wrench to release Lock Dummy (4).
18. Remove Pin Dummy (1).
19. Grind down to spacers on 4-Hole Adapter (3) and remove all four
silicone sealings.
Warning: Do not grind any further since that reduces strength of
connection between socket and adapter.
20. Insert appropriate locking component according to instructions
enclosed.
