TROUBLESHOOTING
Turn OFF the unit with the ON OFF button, or
unplug and re-plug the unit, to see if the icon
disappears.
If you are unable to onboard the unit and connect
it to the AEG App after a couple of attempts
following the steps in the AEG App and FAQ, then
please contact an AEG authorized service center for
support.

NOTES
It is important to turn
OFF the unit before
changing the filter,
in order to reset the
product.
The WiFi chip in the unit
operates only at 2.4Ghz
so please ensure your
home WiFi is operating
at this bandwidth.
Please have the
unit's PNC and serial
number available when
contacting the AEG
service. This information
can be found on the
rating label which is
located on the main unit
behind the front cover.
