DANGER! Risk of injury due to electric shock.
Warning! Always remove the plug from the socket before servicing,
cleaning or storage.
Servicing
If the pump becomes clogged, connect the discharge line to the water line and disconnect
the suction hose. Open the water line then switch on the pump several times for approx. two
seconds. This should solve most clog-related problems.
Regular Checking
To check the tank pressure gauge every month.
- If pressure is lower than 1.2 Bar: Inflate to the correct pressure.
- If pressure is higher than 1.8 Bar: Deflate to the correct pressure. When inflating, never
inflate above 1.8 Bar.
NOTE: Before checking tank pressure, ensure that all valves along
the discharge line are open in order to release all water pressure and
obtain the tank's real air pressure.
Inside the pressure tank is an expanded membrane and an air compartment whose maximum
pressure should be approx. 1.8 Bar. Pumping water on the membrane causes the membrane
to expand so that the pressure in the air compartment rises to the switch-off level. If the air
pressure is too low, you should inflate the tank. To do so, unscrew the tank valve cover
inflate the tank to 1.8 Bar. using a tyre pump with a meter at the valve.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to remove the discharge line before inflating the tank.
