Water level falling rapidly
A solid body is blocking the impeller.
Water is too hot.
Pump running dry.
The membrane inside of tank has

The pressure inside tank is incorrect.
The intake valve is blocked and leaks. Clean or replace intake valve.

8. TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Corrective actions
Check Voltage
Use a screwdriver to turn the motor fan bolt
slightly
Immerse intake valve in water
Fill with water
Ensure intake line is well sealed
Clean or replace intake valve
Clean intake cage
Check suction height
Check suction height
Clean filter
Immerse intake valve deeper and make sure
intake line is airtight
Connect discharge line to water line, disconnect
suction hose, open water line. Switch on pump
several times for approx. 2 sec. (Pre-filter strongly
recommended to prevent this problem).
Ensure water temperature does not exceed 35°C.
Check intake line with water supply. Wait for
pump cool down then switch on again.
Change membrane or the tank.
Re-inflate the tank to a pressure of 1.8 Bar.
Change the pressure switch, or have it adjusted by
a qualified specialist.
