Side Broom

The side broom is used to clean corners and edges and to move the debris towards the main broom.
Side Broom Adjustment
The side broom must leave an "A Trail" on the ground as in the drawing (fig 4). To accomplish this it is necessary to adjust the broom height
to the ground as the bristles are wearing, operating on adjusting screw 1 (fig 4) loosening ring nut 2.
Side Broom Replacement
Remove the three screws 5, and the broom is disconnected from its support 4.
NOTE: When the walk-behind sweeper is not in use the side broom must always be lifted from the ground to avoid broom bristle bending.
