Malfunction
No water runs from the water out-
let
The flow rate is too low
The indicator light on the UVC unit

Possible cause
The filter pump is not switched on Switch on the filter pump
The supply lines are clogged

The foam filters are clogged
The filter pump power is too low

The UVC lamp is defective

The filter has only been operating
for a brief period
The water or the pond is extremely
soiled
Too many fish and other pond ani-

The foam filters are soiled
The quartz glass is soiled
The cleaning rotor turns sluggishly Check the cleaning rotor for wear
The cleaning rotor is not turning

The wear limit of the UVC lamp has

Remedy
Check the supply lines and clean
them, if necessary
Set the rotary valve to "Filter wa-
ter"
Clean the foam filters
Use a more powerful filter pump
Check the power connection

Allow the UVC lamp to cool down
Replace the UVC lamp
Set the rotary valve to "Filter wa-
ter"
Wait a few days/weeks

• Use OASE pump protection bag
for the filter pump to prevent
coarse dirt from being drawn in
