CREATE THE POND BASIN
Mark the shelf width
Measure approximately 12" from the perimeter wall to the inside
of the water garden. Using spray paint or chalk, mark this distance
throughout the inside of your wa
Dig the pond basin bottom
Following the shelf width mark, dig the remaining depth (18" plus
underlayment thickness deep from outside perimeter edge to the
bottom) of your pond basin. Remember to dig your wall at a 30 degree
angle. Measure your bottom depth in multip

LINE THE POND BASIN
Place your liner
Place your pre-shaped liner in your newly dug pond basin.
Once the liner is in place, adjust to make sure the rock
you will place bricks, rocks, or other edging to hold the liner
Note:
01. Sunterra recommends using a form of underlayment to protect your
liner from puncture by roots and rocks. Common forms of
underlayment are sand and carpeting.
