Warranty
In the case of a warranty claim, you

Mexico. You MUST provide your proof
of purchase in order to file a warranty
claim either via email, phone, or fax.
Your VCN 3/4/5 vacuum is covered by
a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty
for residential use (commercial use is
not covered). Please see warranty
