* CLEANING THE AUTOMATIC FEEDER OF THE MOD. F-50-A, F-50AC, Self-Service, Freezer
At least a weekly cleaning of the feeder is recommended.
- Make sure that the master switch is in OFF position and disconnect the plug of the machine from
the electric net.
- Unscrew the black screw of the upside.
- Extract the revolving plate to be able to clean it correctly.
- Clean the interior side of the feeder and the revolving plate with a damp cloth with warm water.
- Proceed again to place all the pieces in its original position.
Any carelessness in the cleaning operations will have effects on a direct form in the external aspect of
the machine and in your business image. If you see any deterioration in some element of the machine
don't hesitate to call our post-sale service.
CLEANING OF THE MACHINE MODEL FREEZER.
Keeping the cooler clean is the key to ensure that the product in the tank stays fresh ans tastes good.
We recommen to follow the next:
1º) Turn off all the switches and unplug the machine from the power supply.
2º) Empty any liquid left in the tank or the rest of the system.
3º) Start disassembling the parts as follow.
- Take away the tank cover.
- Pull the tank up and brackwards.
- Take out gasket.
- Pull out the shaft and remove the ring seal.
- Unscrew the magnet mixer cover and remove the magnet mixer as well.
Once you have made all these things, the machine is ready to
be used. PAY ATTENTION TO THE FUNNEL, AS IT HAS TO BE
PROPERLY INSTALLED TOGETHER WITH THE DEPOSIT FOR THE
JUICE.
THE COOLING SYSTEM IS SENT WITH A FIXED TEMPERATURE
( THE BEST ONE FOR THE USE)
HOWEVER, IT CAN BE REGULATED AS IT HAS A THERMOSTAT
AT THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE DEPOSIT.
