Special safety instructions for
handling rechargeable batteries
Risk of injury!
Improper handling and use of the re-
chargeable battery may result in injury.
– Do not heat the rechargeable battery
and do not short circuit it.
– Never dispose of rechargeable batter-
ies in fire.
– Do not expose the rechargeable bat-
tery to direct sunlight.
– Do not use the rechargeable battery
in ambient temperatures above 45°C
and at altitudes above 2,000 metres
above sea level.
– Only have repairs and maintenance
performed by qualified service per-
sonnel. An inspection and/or repair
is necessary if the housing has been
damaged in any way, e.g. if moisture or
small parts have entered the housing.
– The rechargeable battery may only be
opened by the manufacturer, a service
technician commissioned by him or by
a person with similar qualification.

Risk of injury!
Batteries (particularly lithium batteries)
may explode if not used properly.
– Do not heat the batteries and do not
short circuit them.
– Never dispose of batteries in fire.
– Do not disassemble batteries and do
not modify them.
– If a battery is damaged, stop using it.
– The contents of lithium batteries must
not come into contact with water.
– Do not touch leaked batteries.
– Avoid any contact with leaked battery
fluid. In case of contact with leaked
battery fluid, rinse the affected area
with clear water immediately.
– Promptly consult a physician in case
of eye contact.

Risk of injury!
The light of the LED bar is very bright.
This may cause harm to the eyes.
– When in operation, do not look at the
LED bar for a prolonged period of time
or from a close distance.
– The light source of this light may only
be replaced by the manufacturer or a
service technician commissioned by
him or by a person with similar qual-
ification.

Improper handling and use may result in
injury.
– Only use the sun shade with sufficient
ballasting (see "Technical data").
– Always place the sun shade on a firm
and level surface.
– Use a stable support foot for the sun
shade.
– The sun shade should only be erect-
ed by a competent adult.
– When opening and closing the sun
shade, please make sure to keep your
hands outside of the folding mechanism.
– In the case of approaching wind or
storm, close the sun shade and se-
cure with the hook and loop strip. Oth-
erwise, it could be caught by a gust
and overturned and inflict damage in
the process or sustain damage as a
result.
– Never ignite an open fire in the vicinity
of or underneath the sun shade. The
sun shade may catch fire or be dam-
aged by airborne sparks.
– Keep the sun shade away from in-
tense heat sources such as patio
heaters, barbecue etc.
– The sun shade is not a children's toy.
Children could trap their fingers. Also,
the sun shade is heavy and could in-
jure children if it tips over.
– Do not hang any items on the lateral
braces of the sun shade.
