Warranty
The warranty period for this product is
36 months. The battery is excluded from
the warranty.
If you discover a defect during this time,
please contact the hotline or your ven-
dor. To ensure that the vendor is able to
promptly assist you, please keep your
sales slip and specify the model name
and article number.
The warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear and discoloura-
tion of the textile canopy
– Damage to the paint coat attributed to
normal wear and tear
– Damage as the result of improper use
(e. g. for protection against rain)
– Damage caused by wind, overwinding
the crank, the shade tipping over, pull-
ing the shade braces too hard
– Damages due to structural modifica-
tions to the product
