- 550ml vegetable stock or water
- 80g stilton cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pepper and salt as per your choice
Cut the broccoli into pieces and place it in the jug. Add vegetable stock or water and olive oil. Close the
lid and select the Smooth Soup program. Press Start. Serve it with Stilton cheese and rusks.
5. SMOOTHIE
Banana smoothie
- 250g bananas
- 400ml milk
- 150g vanilla ice cream
Peel and crush bananas into small pieces and place them evenly in the jug. Add milk and ice cream
to bananas. Close the lid and select the Smoothie program. Press Start.
6.JAM
Apricot Jam
- 500g Apricots
- 30g Butter or margarine
- 300g Granulated sugar
Wash the apricots in cool water. Remote stones from it. Place apricots evenly over in the jug.
Add sugar evenly over apricots. Add butter or margarine. Close the lid and select the Jam program.
Press Start.
7. CHUNKY SOUP
Chicken soup.
- 300g chicken breast
- 60g sweet corn, drained
- 60g green beans, drained
- 60g carrots
- 60g potatoes
- 600 ml of water or chicken stock
- Fresh chopped green-stuff
- Pepper and salt as per your choice
Peel the carrot and potatoes and cut it into 2 cm cubes. Cut chicken into pieces.
Place ingredients into the jug, than put a water or chicken stock inside. Close the lid and select the
Chunky soup program. Press Start. After the chicken soup will be ready add chopped green-stuff.
9. COMPOTE
Strawberry Compote
- 400g fresh strawberries
- 3tsp lemon or orange peel
- 100ml orange juice
- 300 ml water
- 100g sugar
- 50g powdered sugar
Place ingredients into the jug, Pour orange juice and water inside. Close the lid and select the Compote
program. Press Start. Open the lid and serve or refrigerate compote. Before serving pour powdered
sugar above compote.
