7.0 - REGULATION AND MAINTENANCE
Important: The machine
comes with factory adjusted
convergence.
This adjustment should be
checked at every 50 hours of
operation.

7.3 - Adjustment of the Steering
Wheel
Convergence regulation is very
important to prevent early tire wear and
to control the machine when applying
the product.
To this end, the correct adjustment of
the convergence of the front wheels
of the machine is required, with the
distance between the leading part of the
wheel being smaller than on the trailing
side (5 to 8mm smaller).
To adjust and check convergence
proceed as follows.
- Align the front wheels by having equal
distances for "A" on the steering piston
shafts;
- Measure the front "C" and the rear
"B" of the front wheels. "C" must be
between 5 and 8mm smaller than "B".
- To adjust convergence, release the
fixation nuts (Detail D and E) and adjust
the steering hinges until the exact
measures shown above are obtained.
