7.5 - Brake Regulation
The BOXER has hydraulic activated
disk brakes on all four wheels.
To regulate the brake, the hydraulic
system must be bled, using the bleeding
bolt, until all the air has been removed
from the system.
Procedure:
Open the brake system bleed bolt,
using a 10 spanner;
Press and release the brake pedal to
the end of stroke 3 times;
On the 4th movement press the brake
pedal and hold on reaching the end of
stroke;
Close the bleed bolt;
Release the brake pedal;
Test and repeat the procedure.

7.0 - REGULATION AND MAINTENANCE
This procedure must be performed on
all four wheels to adjust the respective
brakes.
This brake adjustment is done after
maintenance activities of the brake
system, such as hose exchanges, when
brakes are not working, or when braking
power is low.
Important: The machine leaves
the factory with all four wheel
brakes properly adjusted.
