C A U T I o n
Place the included hard-
cover on the burner when
not in use or if it begins to
rain. Never leave oil exposed
in the rain. This can lead
to severe burns.
Ensure that the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push the
griddle top and hood back to lock
the griddle in place.

Place the side burner
grate on the right side of the unit.
S T E P 2 8
Use one (1) M5 washer
(c), one (1) M5 spring washer (d) and
one (1) M5x8 screw (f) to attach the
side burner cover handle to the side
burner cover.

Hang the side burner
hard cover on the right-back of
the unit.

With the help of another person, lift the griddle top with
hood assembly, remove the protective washers from the griddle legs and
place the griddle top on the main body by aligning the four (4) pins to the
holes of the body. Make sure the front pins are fully seated in the holes, then
push the griddle top back to lock the griddle in place.
