2. Prepare for Spout installation
NOTE: Before installing the spout sleeve assembly, make sure the
O-ring is properly positioned in the groove on the outside of the
sleeve.
Back off the setscrews in the spout sleeve assembly.
With a twisting motion, place the spout sleeve assembly over the
spout supply assembly and push down to the deck surface.
Align the sleeve with the setscrews offset from the center (not
facing directly forward or backward) of the supply tube.
Tighten the setscrews.
If the spout supply tube needs to be cut, cover the spout sleeve
assembly before cutting to prevent the chips from being lodged in
the O-ring.
Measure and cut off the supply tube 1/2" (1.3 cm) maximum
above the top of the spout sleeve assembly.
Remove all burrs from the supply tube to prevent damage to the
O-ring seal on the sleeve.
Uncover the spout sleeve assembly.
Carefully clean off any debris.
Purge the spout supply tube of debris.
