The cabinets are only ready for use once aligned.
The adjustable feet can be adjusted for alignment.
The forklift access clearance must be at least 8 cm
and no more than 9 cm.
The intermediate shelves are height-adjustable (75

6. Operation
6.1
Normal use
1. The doors must be kept closed at all times
and, if necessary, locked with the key to pre-
vent unauthorised access.
2. The user is responsible for the integrity of the
stored lithium batteries.
3. The relevant accident prevention regulations
are to be observed to avoid any risk to employ-
ees and third parties.
6.2
Battery fire
In the event of a fire:
Keep calm, evacuate the building and notify the fire
service immediately.
A flammable gas-air mixture may have formed
inside the cabinet as a result of the fire.
The cabinet should only be opened by qualified
personnel (the fire service) after a minimum of 24
hours have passed.
Important!
Do not open the cabinet if the cabinet
surface is still warm.
The cabinet should only be opened
outside and by qualified personnel (for
example the fire service).
Opening the doors of the cabinet too
early within a building can cause the fire
to spread and put lives at risk.
In the event of a fire, ensure that person-
al protective equipment (PPE) is worn.
Moving the cabinet out of the building:
In order to prevent further damage and to minimise
risk, move the cabinet out of the building.
Burning lithium batteries may pose a number of
risks:
•
Fumes may be toxic.
•
Leakage of liquids.
•
Consequences: Serious injury or death.
Do not reuse the cabinet if it has been damaged as
a result of a fire or the use of extinguishing agents.
