9. Disposal
Storage cabinets can be dismantled into individual
parts and recycled.
All plastic and non-degradable material parts must
be collected separately and recycled by an au-
thorised disposal firm. In accordance with the new
European WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU on waste
electrical and electronic equipment, the symbol on
the device and/or its packaging indicates that you
must dispose of the product in a responsible man-
ner. When the device is finally decommissioned, it
must be sent for appropriate disposal: Dispose of
used metal parts at a scrap metal recycling centre.
Batteries do not belong in household waste and
can be disposed of, free of charge, at a suitable
collection point. As a consumer, you have a legal
obligation to return used batteries. Help us to
protect the environment.
Important!
Disposal following a battery fire: Follow
the rules specific to your location. Sheet
material may be contaminated by electro-
lytes and may require separate disposal.

10. Warranty
We guarantee that the battery cabinet will be
produced free from defects in functionality or work-
manship under our general terms and conditions
of trade.

The warranty applies only under the condition that
the above operating and maintenance instructions
and all applicable regulations are closely followed.
Any modification to the battery cabinet by the cus-
tomer without consultation with the manufacturer
CEMO GmbH invalidates any claims under the
statutory warranty.

that the cabinet is suitable for the intended
