USE
• Place the appliance on a flat surface.
Plug the appliance in.
• Press the on/off button to turn on the
appliance. Let it reach idle speed.
• Put the middle of the knife's edge into
the sharpening wheel.
• Press the knife down with an
appropriate amount of force, and
while pressing down, pull the knife
towards you as shown. The blade
must be parallel with the tabletop.
• Repeat, until the knife is sharp.
Important!
• The blade may be very sharp after
sharpening! Make sure you do not cut
yourself on it!
• Never put the knife point first into
the appliance and push it forward.
You must always draw the knife
back through the appliance towards
yourself.
