Some of the fruits can be covered by a natural protective layer which can increase the
time it takes to dehydrate. To avoid this it is advisable to boil food for approximately 1-
2 minutes then place it in cold water. Please make sure the food is completely dry
before beginning the dehydrating process.
The duration of dehydrating depends on the temperature and humidity of the room,
the size, thickness and ripeness of the food etc.
DEHYDRATING FRUITS
Wash the fruit.
Take out the pit and cut off the spoiled parts.
Slice it into pieces, which can be freely placed between the trays.
You can put lemon juice on to fruits to stop them discolouring.
