Battery polarity

Aid not turned on
Aid clogged with wax
Volume too low
Improper seating
in ear
Volume control

Battery compartment is
not completely closed
Weak battery
Aid may be in telecoil
memory
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Make sure battery is
inserted correctly
Replace with fresh battery
Rotate volume control to
"on", push button to the
Memory 1 position, or close
battery door completely.
Clean aid
Turn up volume control
Try reinserting the aid
until it fits securely
Lower volume control
Clean aid
Lower volume
Replace battery
Gently close the
battery compartment
Replace battery
Change memory
