WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Your Rexton hearing instrument, with the exception of the battery and
earmold, is covered by a full one year warranty against defects in
material and workmanship. The warranty period is effective from the
date of original purchase.
All covered instrument parts received for warranty service at the Rexton
Service Center will be repaired or replaced, without charge, to meet the
specifications for that instrument.
Warranty service must be done by an authorized Rexton Service Center.
Repairs necessitated by improper service performed by unauthorized
service depots are not covered under the warranty. Repairs so
necessitated will be done on a parts and labor basis with an estimate
sent to the dispenser. This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to
excessive wear and tear or mistreatment of the instrument.
WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE
In case of malfunction, take your Rexton hearing instrument to the hearing
health professional you purchased it from. If factory service is needed,
the professional will forward the unit to an authorized Rexton Service
Center.
EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAMS
Rexton offers extended warranty and service programs for your hearing
instrument. Please ask your hearing health professional for more details
on these programs.
