5. ASSEMBLY
5.1 ASSEMBLE THE FOLDING HANDLE
1. Gently pivot the handle from folding position to the working position, close the lower locking lever to engage
the lower handle into the unit body. (Fig.2A/Fig.2B)
2. Lift the two locking levers to release the upper handlebars for folding. (Fig.2C)
3. Push the locking lever closed to lock the handlebars in the operating position. (Fig.2D/Fig.2E)
4. Attach the cable to the cable clamp and then attach the cable clamp to the position shown (Fig.2F).
