Our shredders are to be used to shred trimmings
of trees, remains of plants, pot plants, branches,
buds, leaves, bark, grapevines, flowers, kitchen
residues, etc.
Do not use the shredder for purposes other than
those described above.
Only use TRAPP original complementary parts.
Our shredders are made to shred a variety of
debris and products resulting from vegetal
material used to make compost.
The material is introduced into the feed funnel to
be shredded.
This process removes the fibers from the material,
which allows a quick composting of the organic
material.
Attention!
The side funnel shall be secured to the machine
before operation.
There are 3 versions of the equipment:
TR 500E
Electric motor driven
Shredder model TR 500E leaves factory equipped
with a 12,5 cv electrical motor.

Uses and Applications

General Information

There are several ways to use your shredder,
which will provide you with great value compost.
Important:
Recently trimmed material
shall dry a little before being shredded. This
process allows better performance of the
shredder, and better compost.
TR 500G
Gasoline motor driven
Shredder model TR 500G is equipped with a
13.5 hp motor.
Attention!
Before operating the organic shredder, it
is advisable to read the motor instructions
manual.
TR 500T
Tractor minimum driving power
Shredder model TR 500T is actuated by an axle
coupled to the tractor minimum driving power.
Maximum driving power rpm allowed is 540 rpm.
Greater revolutions cause wearout and possible
damages.
