Frequently check belt pressure. The belt is
located under the side protection. Unscrew
the protection to check the pressure. If
necessary, adjust it or replace it by a new
one. When the belt pressure is too loose, life
is compromised.
Belt adjustment on shredders TR 500E and
TR 500G is made through the pressure roll
under the belt side protection.
To start the motor, keep lever (1) in position
(A); when the motor reaches maximum
revolution, slowly release the lever to
position (B).
Never operate the shredder without the belt
protection.
After usage, remove debris from the
equipment.
Shredders with power outlet TR 500T, check
power outlet safety items before usage.
The equipment shall be on, with power
outlet disconnected from power supply,
when servicing or cleaning the shredder.
Hammer replacement
Hammers installed in the disk can be used
twice.
When one side of the hammer is worn, and
products are poorly shredded, turn hammers
over as described below:

Maintenance Instructions
1. Remove side cover (locking of square rods) (1).
2. Loosen the two hexagon nuts and remove
service opening protection (2).
3. Remove the upper outlet (3).
4. Turn the disk with your hands until the
hammers axle is at the service opening (4).
5. Loosen hammer axle screws (5).
6. Pull hammers axle outward (6).
7. Remove hammers and turn them over to
replace. Be careful when replacing washers.
Observe the distance of spacers and pay
attention to the sequence of the assembly
process (7).
8. After turning the hammers over, secure the
axle with the side screw.
