MAINTENANCE
Before
carrying
out
operation, disconnect the device from the
power supply.
1 Frequently check the installation in order to discover
any imbalance or sign of deterioration or wear. Do not
use the device if any repair or adjustment is necessary.
2 Clean and lubricate the articulations of the gate and
the operator supports, so as not to increase the
effort of the operator.
Cleaning and lubricating the rod
• Clean the operator rod (1) with a cloth dampened
with lubricant spray.
• Apply lubricant spray over the rod (1) and wipe off
the excess with a dry cloth, leaving a light layer of
lubricant.
Lubricating the shafts
• Lubricate the front (2) and rear (3) shafts by
applying lubricant spray.
Checking the brackets
• Make sure that the front (4) and rear (5) brackets
remain firmly attached to the door and pillar
respectively.

3 Check that the control and safety devices, as well as
their installation, have not suffered any damage
from the weather or external agents.
In the case of safety photocells, regularly wipe the
transparent surface carefully with a cloth and check
alignment and operation.
Safety bands should also be regularly cleaned and
checked.
