check that all the printer drivers installed are
displayed in the submenu.
For other Windows operating systems, check
that the icon representing each driver is
displayed.

Remove the DVD from the computer.
The installation is complete.
Note
[Easy Installation (Local)] is an easy setup
method. If you want to select a driver to install
manually, select [Install printer driver
completely] and then follow the instruction
displayed on the screen.

Driver for Mac
Important!

Only the PS printer driver is available for
the Mac.
•
Disable the anti-virus software before
starting this procedure.
For Mac OS X 10.3.9 to 10.4.11
Note
The procedure below uses Mac OS X 10.4.11 as
an example.

Turn off your machine:
a) Press <SETTING> on the control panel.
b) Press the down arrow key repetitively to
scroll to [Shutdown], then press <OK>.
c) When the confirmation message appears,
press the right arrow key to select [Yes],
then press <OK>.
d) When the screen prompts you to turn off
the power switch, turn the machine off.

Turn off the computer.

Plug the other end of the USB cable into the
computer's USB interface connector.

Turn the Mac on.

Insert the DVD supplied with your machine
into the computer.

Double-click the [OKI] icon > [Driver] folder
> [Printer] folder.

Double-click [Installer for Mac OS X].

Enter the administrator's name and password,
and then click [OK].

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete
the installation.
10 Remove the Driver/Manual DVD from the
computer.
11 From the [Go] menu, select [Applications] >
[Utilities], and then double-click [Printer
Setup Utility].
Important!
If [Printer Setup Utility] is already running,
close it and open it again.
12 Click [Add].
If the [You have no printers available] dialog
box appears, click [Add].
