Take the following precautions:
Keep your clothing and all parts of your body away from the printer's moving

Avoid wearing necklaces, bracelets, and other hanging objects
●
If your hair is long, try to secure it so that it will not fall into the printer
●
Take care that sleeves or gloves do not get caught in the printer's moving
●

Do not operate the printer with covers bypassed
●
If you need to replace the cutter assembly, remember that the cutter has a
●
sharp cutting edge, and take care not to cut yourself
Internal fan blades are hazardous moving parts. Disconnect the printer before
●
servicing
Never insert your hands into the printer while it is printing, due to the moving
●
parts inside

Special care must be taken when moving and/or transporting the printer.
Remove all supplies (ink, paper roll, etc.) and ensure the drawers are correctly
●
closed before printer transportation
Always move the printer in the direction of its length

Take special care when you move the printer over a rough surface (carpet

etc.), or if you have to move the printer in the direction of its width
