11 Troubleshooting
1. If a problem occurs, ensure the mains input voltage is present before contacting service personnel.
2. Have the following information ready before contacting service personnel:
• Unit information, including model, serial number, etc.
• An exact description of the problem. The more detailed description of the problem, the better.
3. If the UPS displays an error code, refer to the following table to diagnose and resolve the problem.
