TROUBLE
When pressing the ON button, the
machine does not start.
The magnetothermic protection
opens the main switch.
The motor runs but the side drive
belts stop.
Drive belts turn but do not convey the
box.
The upper taping head does not descend
or descend too slowly quickly.

CAUSE
The lockable emergency stop button
is pressed.
Short circuit in the electrical system.
Motor under stress .
Thermal cut-out not at correct amperage setting.
Belts tension too low.
Worn out drive pulleys.
Worn out belts
Rise/descent selector non activated.
The manufacture setting-up has been altered.

SOLUTION
Release the emergency stop button by
turning it anticlockwise.
Check the electrical system.
Check that the drive belts are not blocked
Set the correct amperage.
Adjust belt tension.
Check the wear of the rings and replace
them when necessary.
Replace drive belts.
Turn in anticlockwise direction.
Set the air pressure.
