DRAINING THE ENGINE OIL AND REMOVING THE OIL FILTER

- When draining the oil the engine should be warm.

Use protective gloves

Make sure the bike is vertical, on level ground and
remove the skid plate.
- Place a container under the bike to catch the old oil.
- Remove the drain plugs
- Remove the magnetic drain plug

- Remove the pre-filter
3 - Allow the oil to drain.

- Undo the screw

- Unscrew the oil filter cap
- Use a hook to remove the oil filter
- Let the oil drain.
- Clean the drain plugs

- Clean and inspect the pre-filters
them if necessary.
