Parts or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer cannot be used in
the device. The act of using parts not recommended by the manufacturer results
in loss of warranty and can lead to a direct threat to the life or health of the user.

It is forbidden to move, adjust and rotate the device during operation.

Remove all packaging materials before use.
•
The device should be placed on a flat, stable surface which can support its weight.
•
It is forbidden to place the device on a combustible surface.
•
It is forbidden to place the device near an open flame, electric stoves, coal sto-
ves or other heat sources, as well as near direct sunlight. High temperatures can
damage the cooling capacity and increase the energy consumption.
•
The device should be placed to ensure good air circulation. A minimum distance
of 10 cm to the rear wall, 15 cm to the sides and 35 cm upwards must be main-
tained.
•
Do not block ventilation holes.
•
It is forbidden to place the device in areas with high humidity.
•
The device must not be connected to outlets other than wall-mounted sockets,
do not use a multiple outlet adapter or multiple sockets.
DEFROSTING:
The appliance will automatically run a defrost cycle every 6 hours. The cycle starts
from the time the appliance is initially powered up.
To manually defrost the appliance:
1. Press and hold the DOWN
button for 5 seconds
2. The defrost cycle will start immediately and the defrost LED
Note: Starting a manual defrost also resets the automatic defrost timer. The next
automatic defrost will start 6 hours after the manual defrost has finished.
GENERAL HINTS FOR THE USER
The cooling table and top can be filled or upgraded when the table has reached the
desired set temperature. Never insert hot food and liquids or food products without
cover into the cooling table or top. Food products and drinks should be stored in
sealed airtight containers. When filling the table only load one shelf in order to avoid
tipping over the table. It is advisable to leave space between the product and the in-
side walls of the device, this will allow for adequate air circulation. If the door is ope-
ned too often, energy consumption is increased and possible damage could occur.

5. KEEPING THE DEVICE CLEAN
Before cleaning or performing maintenance work, the machine must be disconnected
from the power and completely cooled down. For cleaning, do not use harsh deter-
gents and make sure that the device does not enter the water. Never immerse the
appliance, cord or plug in water or any other liquid. It is forbidden to clean the device
with a water jet. It is recommended to wash the cooling table regularly. The interior
of the device should be cleaned with a disinfectant suitable for the food industry. To
clean, use a damp, soft cloth and then dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners,
such as scouring powder, alcoholic cleaners, thinners, etc. Dry the surface with a soft,
dry cloth. The following actions should be taken if the machine is not used for a long
period of time:
Unplug the appliance, remove all food from the table, wash table inside and outside
with a damp, soft cloth and a mild detergent, rinse with clean water and allow to dry
for some time by also leaving the doors open. From time to time, check that the cable
is not damaged.
Do not use the appliance if the cable is damaged. A damaged cable must be replaced
by a service or a qualified electrician. In the event of damage or malfunction, please
contact your dealer or our service. Please pay attention to the troubleshooting tips
described in the section „Troubleshooting". Maintenance and repair work must be
done only by qualified personnel using original spare parts and accessories. Attempts
to make repairs on your own can lead to a direct threat to life or health, and will void
the warranty!
