If any components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance
works,
immediately and correctly.
Use only VITO-approved accessories for this machine or
technically identical parts. Failure to do so may result in
personal injuries or damages to the polisher. If in doubt, if
you lack knowledge or resources, you should contact an
official dealer.
Your
polisher
should
manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts.
1. Insert the battery pack (10) on the handle groove and
slip it all the way until you hear a "click" noise from the
lock/unlock button (9). At this point, the battery is
locked in place;
2. To remove the battery, press the lock/unlock button and
pull it out.
Use VITO's 20V lithium-ion batteries.
1. Place the battery (10) in the charger as you would place
it in the machine;
2. Plug the charger into the socket and let it charge.
Sometimes at the end of charging, both the battery and the
charger can be hot, but this does not mean that they are
malfunctioning.
Let the battery cool down before fitting into the machine.

The auxiliary handle can be mounted in two different
positions (left and right of the gearbox) to suit the
machine to the user and the work to be carried out.
1. Adjust the holes and protrusions of the auxiliary handle
(6) to the holes and notches on the gearbox (4);
2. Insert the hex bolts in the holes of the auxiliary handle
and tighten them in the fixing threads of the gearbox.

1. Screw the thread of the velcro pad (2) onto the spindle
bolt (3);
2. Press the spindle lock button (5) and turn the velcro
backing pad until the spindle locks;
3. Tighten the velcro backing pad clockwise.
Place the polishing pad on the velcro backing pad (2).
To remove the pad, simply pull it out.
