The power tool is designed for polishing metal, varnished
or painted surfaces.
While operating the polisher you must consider some
precautions and procedures of use:
▪ Always hold the polisher with both hands and with the
auxiliary handle in place;
▪ Do not apply too much pressure on the polisher against
the workpiece/object. The weight of the polisher is
sufficient to apply the required pressure. If the speed
drops abruptly, the pressure must be reduced
immediately;
▪ Never switch on the polisher when the rotating accessory
is in contact with the workpiece. Do not touch the
polishing pad on the workpiece until the maximum
rotation speed has been reached;
▪ Take special care when using the polisher on corners or
sharp edges. Prevent the polishing pad from jumping or
getting stuck on the workpiece.
1. Before inserting the battery pack (10), make sure that
the ON/OFF switch (12) is locked;
2. Hold the polisher with both hands, one hand on the
handle (8) and the other on the auxiliary handle (6);
3. Press the ON/OFF switch lock/unlock button (11), then
the "ON/OFF" switch (12) and touch the polisher to the
surface / workpiece;
4. To turn off the polisher, release the "ON/OFF" switch and
lock it by pressing the lock/unlock button.
Never press the spindle lock while the polisher is
running, otherwise damage to the polisher may
occur.
1. Press the lock button (5) to lock the spindle when
attaching or removing accessories;
2. To release the spindle of rotation, release the button.
1. Before starting any work with the polisher, set the speed
control dial (7) to the minimum speed position to test if
the velcro pad is properly secured and ensure trouble-
free starting of the polisher;
2. If everything is operational, turn the speed control dial
according to the material, surface and type of work you
want to do;
3. The rotation speed can be adjusted by turning the speed
control dial to a given numerical position from "800" to
"2300". You get a higher speed when the speed control
dial is turned in the direction of the number "2300". And
you get a lower speed when it is turned in the direction
of the number "800". Refer to the table for the
relationship between speed mode and type of work.

For polishing varnishes, paints or scratches (e.g. acrylic
glass) it is possible to use various polishing accessories
attached to the velcro pad. Polishing sponges or polishing
felts can be used (sold separately).
Ensure that the polishing pads, felt or sponges are in good
condition and free from dirt before use.
1. Apply the polishing product to the surface to be worked
on;
2. Start polishing on the largest flat surfaces;
3. Place the sponge or polishing pad over the surface to be
worked on. Always keep a 15° angle between the pad or
sponge and the surface of the workpiece;
4. Polish with regular, crossed or circular movements.
Never allow the polishing product to dry on the
surface, otherwise the surface may be damaged. Do
not expose the surface to be polished to direct
