Warning
We recommend using bottled water in order to achieve optimal taste of coffee.
Insert the portafilter into place and turn it anticlockwise to lock it tightly.

- Place a container on the cup/mug tray and connect the machine to a power supply. Make
sure the steam knob is in the off position.
Press the power button, the coffee machine will start preheating and then it will enter the
-
standby mode.
- Turn the steam selector counterclockwise until the hot water position so it brews hot
water. Turn it to the 0 position to stop it. Then, press the single coffee or double coffee
button to clean the internal piping system.
The device will emit a sound when it brews water for the first time. This is perfectly normal.

- Use warm water to clean all the coffee machine parts.
- Turn the portafilter counterclockwise to remove it.
3. OPERATION
Preparing coffee and hot water function
Fill the water tank without exceeding the MAX mark.

- Connect the coffee machine to a power supply and make sure the steam knob is in the off
position. The device will start preheating.
- The corresponding indicator lights are over the function indicators. There are three light
indicators around the knob and an operation indicator on each side.
- The coffee, hot water and steam functions cannot be used at the same time.
Preheating
Press the on/off button, the coffee machine will start preheating while the power light
indicator flashes.
Standby
Once it has preheated, the device will enter the standby mode and the steam, hot water and
the four light indicators of the buttons will be steady.
Single coffee
On the standby mode, place a single coffee filter in the portafilter, introduce ground coffee
in the filter and press it. Align the portafilter with the portafilter bracket, insert it into place
and turn it anticlockwise to lock it. Place a cup on the cup/mug tray. On standby mode, press
the single coffee button, the light indicator will flash and the machine will start preparing
the coffee. The function will end automatically. If desired, it can also be stopped manually by
pressing the single coffee button again.

Double coffee
On standby mode, place a double coffee filter in the portafilter, introduce ground coffee in the
filter and press it. Align the portafilter with the portafilter bracket, insert it into place and turn
it anticlockwise to lock it. Place one cup for a large coffee or two cups for two black coffees on
the cup/mug tray. On standby mode, press the double coffee button, the light indicator will
flash and the machine will start preparing the coffee. The function will end automatically. If
desired, it can also be stopped manually by pressing the double coffee button again.
Coffee customisation
- Hold down the single coffee or double coffee button until you hear a buzzing sound, the
indicator will start flashing and it will start preparing the coffee. When the desired amount
of coffee is brewed, press the single or double coffee button and the appliance will save
the amount of coffee. Next time you use it, the single or double coffee amount will be the
same that you saved (the device will only accept amounts between 20 and 120 ml.
When preparing coffees, make sure you turned the portafilter counterclockwise, as shown

We recommend preheating the device, filters and cups before brewing the coffee.
Hot water (steamer tube)
On standby mode, turn the knob to the hot water position. The light indicator will flash while
the machine dispenses hot water. The coffee machine will brew approximately 180-220 ml of
hot water and then it will automatically stop and the 0 indicator will flash. You can stop the
function manually by turning the knob to the central position. When it has finished, it will enter
the standby mode again.
Steam (steamer tube)
On the standby mode, turn the steam knob from the 0 to the max. position, the steamer

tube will start emitting steam. The steam light indicator will flash. Turn the steam knob to
the 0 position again to deactivate the function.
Recommendation: allow the coffee machine to rest for 1 minute after using the steam
-
function and do not use this function for more than 5 minutes straight to prevent the
overheating of the device.
- It is recommended to use fresh whole milk for best-quality results.
The steam function emits steam at high temperatures, be careful not to burn yourself.

Auto off
The device will automatically turn off after 20 minutes of inactivity. Press the On/Off button to
start the operation again.
Grinding coffee beans
- The coffee used should be natural and roasted. The use of roasted coffee and/or blended
coffee, the latter being a mixture of natural coffee and roasted coffee, should be avoided.
