32. INSTRUCTIONS FRO THE USER
Our equipment was designed to guarantee high performance levels and quality with regard to washing, filtering, noise
and energy savings. This equipment must only be used for the purpose for which it was expressly designed, which is
washing dishes with water and specific detergents. Any other use shall be considered improper.
WARNINGS:
•
Run a couple of empty cycles to clean the basin and all conductors of the production oils.
•
Do not wash decorated dishes
Prevent silverware from coming into contact with other metals
•
Avoid residue from drying on the dishes
•
Remove more consistent solid residue from the dishes to prevent clogging the filters
•
Pre-treat the dishes by rinsing them with cold or warm water, without using any detergent
•
Use the automatic dispensers for the detergent
•
•
If the automatic dispenser is not provided, pour non-foaming detergent in the basin when the water has
reached the washing temperature.

33. START OF SERVICE
•
Open the water supply cock
Turn on the main switch
•
Open the door and make sure the internal components are positioned properly
•
Close the door and press the "O/I" button.
•
The display will light up, indicating that the machine is powered and at the same time an acoustic signal with two "bips"
will be given. At this point, the filling cycle will start automatically. The top line of the display will show "Charge Cycle" and
the lower left part of the display will show the basin temperature and the lower right part the boiler temperature. The filling
and heating phase ends when the display shows that the temperature of the basin and boiler matches the set-point
temperature, and "Machine Ready" will appear on the top row.
