34. WASHING TIMES
The washing cycle includes washing with hot water and detergent (min 50°C) and rinsing with hot water and rinse aid
(min 82°C).

An active device only in equipment without a heat recuperator that extends the duration of the cycle if the boiler water did
not reach the minimum temperature needed for correct rinsing.
The cycle times and temperature can be customised (e.g. increasing the rinsing time and temperature) by accessing the
factory menu. The cycle time may only be set by specialised personnel.
35. WASHING CYCLE

Open the door

Insert the basket with the dirty dishes.

Close the door and select the appropriate washing cycle
CYCLE I : For lightly soiled dishes
CYCLE II : For normally soiled dishes
CYCLE III : For heavily soiled dishes
Automatic washing cycle
To select an "Automatic" mode cycle, simply press the button for the desired cycle, for example:"Cycle II" and wait until
"Auto Cycle II" appears on the display. At this point, the cycle will start until it is finished, then the door is opened, the
dishwashers are unloaded and reloaded and when the door is closed, it will:
WARNING!!
If the door is opened accidentally before the cycle is finished, the program will restart from the point in
which it was opened
When the washing cycle is complete, " End of Cycle" will appear on the dishwasher display. Open the door and remove
the basket with the clean dishes.
Our equipment is not able to remove burnt residuals deposited on the dishes. Pre-treat the dishes
•
mechanically/chemically (for example, prewash under running water) before loading dishes with this type of soil.
•
The use of "foaming" /non specific detergents or detergents used not according to the manufacturer's instructions
could cause damage to the dishwasher and jeopardise the final result.
Failure to remove detergent residues, possibly used for a manual prewash, could cause the dishwasher to

malfunction and jeopardise the washing result
Change the water in the basin at least once a day.

Never leave coffee grounds on the dishes, as during the wash cycle they could pass through the filter and remain
•
in circulation for a long period of time as well as leave small unsightly black dots on the clean dishes
