After two hours of inactivity, when the battery packs are fully charged or no
battery pack to charge, the hub will enter energy saving mode and the hub status
indicator will flash green slowly. Energy saving mode can be exited from by unplugging
and re-plugging the power cord or briefly pressing the reset button.
