Turn the adjustment knob (1) until the sanding blet urns in
the middle position:
▪ Hold the sander firmly. Loss of control of the sander can
cause injury;
▪ When working on small or loose workpieces, use
clamping devices to fix workpieces in a stable and
secure manner;
▪ Do not apply too much pressure on the belt sander
against the workpiece/object. If the speed drops
abruptly, reduce the pressure on the belt sander
immediately;
▪ Never let go of the belt sander before its base (11) has
completely stopped;
▪ Wear hearing protection while operating the belt sander.
Exposure to noise can cause hearing loss;
▪ Turn off the belt sander immediately if any of the
following problems arise:
- Grease leakage from the ventilation slots;
- Damage on the housing;
- Damage on the ON/OFF switch;
- Appearance of smoke or a burning smell.
The sander is equipped with a speed control dial (3) with 6
speed levels.
Level 1: Lowest speed.
Level 6: Highest speed.
1. Before inserting the battery pack (7), make sure the
ON/OFF switch (10) is off;
2. Hold the sander by the handles (4, 5);
3. Press the "ON/OFF" switch to start the sander;
4. To switch off, release the "ON/OFF" switch.
1. Place the entire surface of the sanding belt over the
material;
2. Switch on the belt sander and move it with some
pressure over the workpiece, making linear movements;
3. Use coarse sandpaper for material removal and fine
sandpaper for finishing. To decide the best type of
sandpaper to use, perform tests before using it on the
final product.
Dust formed while the equipment is in use can be
hazardous to health:
▪ Always wear goggles and a dust mask when sanding;
▪ All persons working with the sander or entering the
workspace must wear a dust mask to protect themselves
from the effects of sanding;
▪ Eating, drinking and smoking are forbidden while
operating the sander;
▪ This sander is suitable for sanding wood, iron, plastic
and similar materials;
▪ It is prohibited to use this sander on plaster and surfaces
with lead paint.
For greater convenience and ease of operation, press the
ON/OFF switch lock-on button (9) to run the sander
continuously.
