Troubleshooting
If the machine breaks down, please wait for the machine to stop automatically. Use the
methods in the table below to solve any issues. Do not disassemble, inspect or repair the
machine without professional guidance.
Tip: When turned on, the tank switches to 'deicing'. The 'ice' display flickers and the
machine will enter standby. Touch
machine is ready to start.
This machine has a self-checking function. If an error occurs, the 'ice full' and 'add water'
indicator will flicker alternately – the ice maker will stop working.
