ERROR SOLVING
CHECK THE STOP BUTTON CONNECTIONS
CHECK THE SAFETY DEVICES CONNECTIONS / CHECK SAFETY ACTIVATION
CHECK:
• POWER SUPPLY
• OVERLOAD OUTPUT 12V (TERMINALS 9-3)
• OVERLOAD OUTPUT 24Vac (TERMINALS 11-12)
WRONG DIPS SETTING, FOLLOW THE BELOW PROCEDURE:
1. SET ALL DIPS IN OFF POSITION
2. WAIT FOR 5 SECONDS
3. SET THE DIPS IN THE DESIRED POSITION FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS
DRIVE OPERATOR TROUBLESHOOTING
- Switch connection 17 and 19 in the control box, see page 40
- See if limit switch are not active
- Check power supply
- Check if dip switch is in right position
- Check if declutch is in right position
- Make sure you ''click'' the motor in gear after using declutch
Move the door manually a little bit to "click" in gear
- Check if door is not to tight on the floor
- Check if there is tension on the lifting cable
- Check if the springs are not broken
- Check dip switch
