PRIMING AND FIRST START-UP
- Do not start the pumps dry.
- Before starting the pumps, carry out the filling of all pumps.
- In units, filling is performed each single pump, turning off all other pumps.
- When the pump is completely filled with water, set into TEST mode (manual operation) and
prime the pump by gradually opening the delivery valve.
-
When the pump is primed, stop the manual operation by pressing STOP and switch to
automatic operation by tapping START.

alarm due to overcurrent alarm beyond the allowed tolerance.
CURRENT
the inverter stops the pump; recovery is only manual.

preset percentage of the SET pressure, expressed by parameter Pd (see page 10); the

It occurs if the electrical parameter COSFI (power factor) drops to a value that indicates
RUNNING PF
the idling of the motor. The inverter stops the pump. The error resets after the time TP
has passed (see p. 11).
P ERROR
It occurs if the control board is not receiving the signal from the pressure sensor. The
error resets automatically when the signal arrives.
LOW PRESS
It occurs if the pump is running at maximum frequency, in the presence of flow and the
pressure does not reach the value of the parameter LP (see p. 11 - default 0.2 bar); the
inverter will stop the pump. the error resets after the time TP (see p. 11).
It was recorded a drop in voltage (even very short) that exceeds the operating tolerance

operates automatically again.
It was recorded an overvoltage (even very short) that exceeds the operating tolerance (+
HIGH
15%); the inverter will stop the pump; the error resets after one minute and the inverter
VOLTAGE
operates automatically again.
OVER TEMP.
The temperature of the module of the inverter has reached the critical threshold.
The inverter will stop the pump; the error resets below 70°C and the inverter operates
automatically again.
COM ERROR
An internal communication error occurred; if the message remains, the electronic
boards may be damaged.
LOW LEVEL
It occurs when the digital input EI is configured as level signal (EI=1 - see p. 11), and the signal is
not present. When the signal is restored, the message disappears and the inverter operates
normally again.
EXT OFF
It occurs when the digital input EI is configured as external control enable (EI=2 - see p. 11), and the
signal is not present. When the signal is restored (external enable) the message disappears and the
inverter operates normally again.
