Before installing and using DGFIT:
-
Carefully read this manual in all its parts and refer to safety Rules.

Before making the connections, check that the wires ends are not live. Moreover, make sure
that the electric power network is equipped with protections, in particular highly sensitive
differential circuit breakers (30 mA, in Class A for home applications and Class B for
industrial applications) and with ground connections in compliance with current regulations.

Check that the rating plate data are those expected and suitable for the system.

The POWER CABLE of the inverter and the CONNECTION CABLE between the inverter
and the electric pump should be:
with 3 leads (2-phase + earth) in single-phase applications

 with 4 leads (3-phase + earth) in three-phase applications
the CABLE SECTION must be dimensioned in accordance with:
 the voltage (230V single-phase, 230V three-phase, 400V three-phase)
 the power of the electric pump
 the length of the cables.
The VOLTAGE DROP due to the cables (both supply cable of the inverter and connection
cable between inverter and electric pump) must not be greater than 3 % of the rated voltage.
The SHIELDING OF THE CABLES and the GROUND CONNECTION (both supply cable of
the inverter and connection cable between inverter and electric pump) must comply with the
legislation on EMC compatibility.
