1.In the standby state, press and hold (about 1s) "A " button to enter setting
mode
2.Press the "A" or "B" button to select "Set Time"
3.Press and hold (about 1s) "A" button to enter sub-menu
4.Press the "A" or "B" button to select "Powr T"
5.Press and hold (about 1s) "A" button to enter the Timer Switch Setting, it
shows the automatic switch times
6.Press "B" button to move the edit position
7.Press "A" button to select the desired value
8.Press and hold (about 1s) "B" button twice to exit the setting mode
NOTE:
The automatic shutdown function can only be performed in the
standby state. When the automatic shutdown time is reached, the
display will show Auto Off, and watch will vibrate twice to remind the
user, the user can press any key to stop the automatic shutdown
within 10s.
