13.4 Opening / closing door
Open the door
Pull the door handle with a slight tug to open the door of the device. If the device is
switched on, the current cooking programme will be interrupted.
► Leave the door open for a moment before reaching into the cooking chamber, to allow
the accumulated heat to escape.
Close door
Close the door until the door latch audibly locks in place. If a current cooking programme
was interrupted as a result of opening the door, then you have to press Start/Quick start to
continue the program.
13.5 Set the clock
1. In standby mode, press the button Autostart/Clock once
2. Turn the rotary knob forwards or backwards to set the required hour.
3. Confirm with Autostart/Clock.
4. Turn the rotary knob forwards or backwards to set the required minute.
5. Confirm with Autostart/Clock.
► The clock is displayed in 24-hour system.
► You can display the clock at any time during cooking operation by pressing the
Autostart/Clock button.
13.6 Turn the sound on / off
In standby mode, press the Power / Sound button for three seconds to switch off the
sound (button tones). With this function, only the button tones are turned off, other tones
such as end signals are not affected.
To reactivate the sound / button tones in standby mode, press the Power / Sound button
again for three seconds.
13.7 Turn the light on / off
In standby mode, press the Light button to turn the LED strip on or off.
13.8 Child-proof lock
Use the child-proof lock to prevent unattended operation of the device by children.
Activation of child-proof lock
In standby mode, press the Programs/Lock button for 3 seconds.
A signal tone is emitted and the display indicates
proof lock. The buttons are now deactivated.
