Firmware error
This is not an alarm; instead, it is a
system fault recovery notification
The connection to the unit's ETH A port
fails.
The connection to the unit's ETH B port
fails.
The unit does not respond to a network
ping.
COMPACT units that allow routing
communications in the system do not
operate properly.
Indicates a failure of the primary power
to the COMPACT.
Indicates a failure of the secondary
power to the COMPACT.

RECOVERY
Restart the unit.
If
desired,
you
can
notification. To accomplish this, carry
out the following from the unit that is
sending the notification:
1. Press or to display the alarms
tab (
).
2. Use the navigation keys / to view
one of the alarms and press OK.
3. Using the / keys, select the RESET
ALL FAULTS option.
4. Press OK.
If the installation does not have a
redundant network, use the Call Point
software to disable the displaying of the
Ethernet

alarm
configurations to the unit.
If the installation has a redundant
network, check the cable connection to
the ETH A port on the unit.
If the installation does not have a
redundant network, use the Call Point
software to disable the displaying of the
Ethernet
Links
alarm
configurations to the unit.
If the installation has a redundant
network, check the cable connection to
the ETH B port on the unit.
Check the connection of the unit to the
Ethernet network. If the connection is
correct, check the network.
Check the primary power by ensuring
the COMPACT is receiving 24 VDC
through the POWER SUPPLY 1 terminal
strip (see figure 3, number 8).
If the installation does not have a
redundant power supply, use the Call
Point software to disable the displaying
of the Power supply alarm and send
configurations to the unit.
If secondary power is available, check
that the unit is receiving 24 VDC through
the POWER SUPPLY 2 terminal strip (see
figure 3, number 9).
