This procedure may only be carried
out by an authorised electrician!
Electrical connection:
The protection of the charging
system must be carried out in
accordance with the relevant
national regulations. It depends
on, for example, the switch-off
time required, the internal network
resistance, conductor cross section,
cable length and the max. capacity
of the charging system.
The individual phases of the supply
voltage must each be fused with
circuit breakers, at least type A
(when used in the Netherlands or
Italy they must also have residual
current protection, type A on the
input side).
These should be certified in
accordance with IEC 60898-1,
IEC 60947-2 or IEC 61009-1.
If the installation is in the Netherlands
or Italy, you will need a type A circuit
breaker. This should be certified in
accordance with IEC 61008-1,
IEC 61009-1, IEC 60947-2 and
IEC 62423.
The connecting cables should have a
cross section of at least 2.5 mm².
