Grinding
•
Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it firmly into place. Fit the silicon coupling onto the scroll pen.

Fit the cutter onto the scroll connection. The sharp edges of the cutter
should point towards the mincing disc.
•
Fit one of the three mincing discs on top of the cutter. Turn the mincing
disc so the two recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat grinder
body. Select the mincing disc for the required consistency, you can
choose fine, medium and coarse.

Fit the ring nut over the mincing disc on the meat grinder body, turn
clockwise to lock. The ring nut must hold the mincing disc securely in
place but do not over tighten.
Pasta screen
•
Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it firmly into place. Fit a pasta screen, turn the screen so the two
recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat grinder body.

Fit the ring nut over the screen and turn clockwise to lock. The ring nut
must hold the screen securely in place. But do not over tighten.
Kibbe canister
•
Fit the scroll in the meat grinder body with the pen pointed outwards,
press it firmly into place. Fit the meat spreader and the Kibbe canister
so the two recesses are aligned with the tabs on the meat grinder body.
•
Fit the ring nut over the Kibbe canister and turn clockwise to lock. The
ring nut must hold the it securely in place. But do not over tighten.
