Multiplying the cubic metres of the room by 50.
To find out how many cubic metres a room has, you have to multiply:

Its square metres.
That is to say, a room of 20m
To find out how many frigories this room requires, the maths would be as follows:
by a height of 2.5m is a room of 50m
